We offer photography coverage for the entire weekend, including the rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and post-wedding activities. This package allows us to capture all the little moments that make up your big day, from the pre-wedding preparations to the final dance of the night.

Rehearsal Dinner:
The rehearsal dinner is an important part of the wedding celebration, and we believe it should be documented just as thoroughly as the wedding day itself. Our photographers will be there to capture the toasts, the laughter, and the love shared between family and friends.
Wedding Day:
Our team will be with you every step of the way on your wedding day, capturing all the important moments as they happen. From the first look to the last dance, we'll be there to document every special memory.
We will collaborate with you and your planner on a photography timeline and will consult with you as much as you need. As well, we will help you craft a family photo list that is fluid and easy.
At your wedding, we are respectful of you and your guests. We understand and truly believe that weddings are not photo shoots. Yes, photography is part of the whole wedding event, but it should not detract from or take away from the joy, love, and connection that you feel on a wedding day. We will create a seamless experience that will not interrupt your time with family and friends.
Albums and Prints:
After the wedding, we offer a range of high-quality albums and prints to help you remember your special day. Our albums are custom-designed to tell the story of your wedding day, and our prints are printed on archival-quality paper to ensure they last for years to come.

OUR PROCESS
Here's an overview of what you can expect working with us. We're known for our personalized approach and our attention to detail.
1. initial consult
After you inquire, we'll set up a consult via zoom or over the phone, where we'll determine together if we're the right fit.
We develop a tailored proposal outlining services and costs for your wedding day.

We'll work with you and your planner to ensure your vision will come true. We have an unlimited consultation policy - that means text or email us when you have a question or concern.
4. pre-wedding engagement session
As storytellers, we know that your relationship is more than just a wedding day. We also want you to get comfortable in front of the camera before your big day.
5. Pre-wedding prep
This comes with a delivery of our wedding guide and two questionnaires. One is just a catch all questionnaire, and the other is for your family portrait list. From this, and the timeline from your planner, we will create a custom photography timeline. We will set up a time with you for our final consultation - going over the timeline and any other details needed.
6. wedding
We'll be there every step of the way making sure to capture the moments that matter, so you can enjoy your day.
We will send you a few sneak peaks within 72 hours of your wedding day. While you are honeymooning we will be busy processing all the images. We deliver your finished images in a beautiful password protected gallery within 30 days of your wedding.
7. post-wedding

We love your work and want to book. What is the next step?
Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 33% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before the wedding.
When do you charge travel fees for weddings?
We typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 60 mile radius from our home in Rhinebeck, New York. Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details.
How many images do we get?
Galleries typically include anywhere between 500 and 1000 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution photos you can print anywhere or you can order standard gift prints directly from your gallery. You can order archival prints through the studio.
How long does it take to get our images?
Less than 30 days.
We totally get how anxious you are to see your wedding day photos. Within 72 hours we will send you over a sneak peak of a few images from your wedding day.
